The Service and its original content, features, and functionality—including but not limited to our proprietary bundle logic and UI components—are and will remain the exclusive property of Appfox. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written consent.

3. Usage License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our application within the Shopify ecosystem. This license is granted solely for your internal business operations and is subject to your compliance with Shopify's Acceptable Use Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Appfox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service or any third-party theme conflicts.

2. Information Acquisition

Upon installation, we access specific Shopify API scopes necessary for bundle execution, including:

• Shopify Merchant ID and contact metadata
• Real-time inventory and product catalog data
• Basic customer session identifiers for bundle logic

3. Security Protocols

We utilize industry-standard encryption protocols (TLS) for all data in transit and follow strict access control measures. We do not store sensitive customer payment information, as all transactions are handled securely through Shopify's checkout engine.
