Analytics overview
Open detailed analytics by clicking Analytics in the left navigation.Date range
Use the Date range menu to choose the last 7, 30 or 90 days, or pick Custom and enter a start and end date (up to one year). Every number, chart and table on the page follows the selected range. Days are counted in UTC. The badge next to a metric compares it with the previous period of the same length. For example, with the last 7 days selected, it compares against the 7 days before that.Key metrics
Bundle revenue
Revenue from items sold within bundles. When your store also has orders without a bundle, the card shows the share of your store’s order value that came from orders containing a bundle.Bundle orders
Number of unique orders that included at least one bundle. This matches the Orders page for the same dates.Bundle views
How many times a bundle was shown to a shopper. A view is counted once per bundle per shopper session, so reloading the product page does not inflate the number. A session ends after 30 minutes without a bundle being shown.Add to carts
How many times a bundle was added to the cart, and the share of views that led to it.Conversion rate
Bundle orders divided by bundle views.Discounts given
Total discounts customers received through bundles.Bundle ROI
Bundle revenue divided by discounts given, as a percentage.- ROI above 500%: excellent (5 or more in revenue per 1 discounted)
- ROI 300-500%: good
- ROI below 300%: consider reducing the discount
Average order value lift
The average value of orders with a bundle compared with orders without one. A lift of +25% means orders with a bundle are worth 25% more on average.Orders without a bundle are recorded from the day this feature was released. Ranges that start earlier may show no comparison, or one based on fewer orders.
Bundle funnel
The funnel shows the customer journey for the selected range:- Bundle views: how many times bundles were shown
- Added to cart: how many times a bundle was added to the cart
- Orders: how many orders contained a bundle
Bundle performance
The table lists every bundle with:- Type and status
- Views
- Add to carts
- Orders
- Conversion rate (orders divided by views)
- Revenue
- Discounts
- ROI
Revenue and orders over time
Two charts show bundle revenue and bundle orders for each day of the selected range. Use them to spot trends and to measure the effect of a change.Exporting analytics data

Optimization strategies
If conversion rate is low (below 2%)
- Check discount attractiveness: may need a higher discount
- Review product selection: products may not be complementary
- Improve widget visibility: make sure the widget is prominent on the page
- Simplify the offer: complex bundles may confuse customers
If ROI is low (below 300%)
- Reduce the discount: the current discount may be too high
- Include higher-margin products: improve the product mix
- Test a different bundle type: the offer may need a different structure
If views are low
- Improve product page placement: move the widget higher on the page
- Expand to more products: show the bundle on more product pages
- Use the cart banner: remind customers of bundle opportunities
If many shoppers add to cart but few order
- Improve discount visibility: make the savings clear in the cart
- Review the cart experience: make sure the bundle discount is applied
Tracking and attribution
- A view is recorded when a bundle is shown on a product page or in the cart banner.
- An add to cart is recorded when a shopper adds the bundle from the widget, or accepts a cart banner suggestion.
- An order is credited to the bundle whose products were bought. If an order contains two bundles, it counts once in Bundle orders and each bundle gets its own revenue.
Data considerations
- Refunds and cancellations after the order was placed do not change the numbers.
- Test orders count like any other order.
- Bundles with very few views can show volatile conversion rates.
- Views recorded before this feature was released were counted on every page load, so older ranges show more views and lower conversion rates.
